Urgent Care Partners was formed to assist health systems as they develop alternative primary care delivery models. The leaders of Urgent Care Partners have 50 years of experience in ambulatory operations and innovative primary care strategy.

Urgent Care Partners focuses on building client capabilities and infrastructure, in order to deliver care in a way that is distinct from primary care and retail clinics, emergency rooms and virtual care platforms.

UCP offers full-service and turn-key urgent care center solutions, from strategy through design, including start-up, operations/management and transition to the client. These fully-customized solutions are designed to match the specific needs of the health system and integrate existing operational standards, software and processes that will ensure a smooth transition.

UCP has extensive experience managing joint commission and Det Norske Veritas accredited sites. Urgent Care Partners’ process improvement tools and methodologies are concentrated on customer service and patient experience, and are designed around lean/six sigma process improvement standards.

Allison Keleher

Project Manager

Allison Keleher is a Project Manager with Urgent Care Partners based in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, she is responsible for leading and coordinating healthcare implementation project teams. She earned her MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, focusing in strategy and management and is a Certified Professional Project Manager. Prior to her graduate studies, Allison worked in government and legal settings helping stakeholders navigate the US immigration system. Allison is a fluent Spanish speaker and enjoys camping, traveling and cooking.

Ashley Cain

Financial Analyst

Ashley Cain is a Financial Analyst with Urgent Care Partners, based in Minneapolis, MN. She is an experienced analyst with a history of working in the hospital and healthcare industry. Ashley Graduated from Chippewa Valley Technical College with a degree in Business Management. Prior to joining UCP, she worked in pharmaceutical analytics at Target Headquarters and CVS Health.

Benjamin Weir

Strategy Analyst

Benjamin Weir is a Strategy Analyst with Urgent Care Partners and is based in Minneapolis, MN. Prior to joining UCP, Benjamin earned his bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, and a minor in Marketing from the University of Minnesota-Carlson School of Management. In his free time, Benjamin enjoys playing golf and hockey.

Christian Kerr

Strategy Analyst

Christian Kerr is a Strategy Analyst with Urgent Care Partners, based in Minneapolis, MN. Christian helps to support and coordinate strategic decisions while working with internal analyst teams and client work groups. Christian provides market, financial and analytic services to clients. Prior to joining UCP, he graduated from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School with degrees in Supply Chain Operations and Management Information Systems. During his last years in school, Christian worked for the Carlson Consulting Enterprise where his team assisted in developing business strategies for clients across multiple industries located in the Twin Cities. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and attending Gopher sporting events.

Mitch Traczyk

Project Manager

Mitch Traczyk is a Project Manager with Urgent Care Partners and is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He helps to support and coordinate strategic decisions while working with internal analyst teams and client work groups. Mitch works to support clients in various types of healthcare strategy with experience in service line planning, market alignment, and implementation planning.

Prior to joining Urgent Care Partners, Mitch completed his bachelor’s degree in finance at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN and holds a Masters of Business Administration in product management from Boston College. Additionally, Mitch is an avid runner and car enthusiast.

William Elder

Strategy Analyst

William Elder is a Strategy Analyst with Urgent Care Partners and is based in Minneapolis, MN. Prior to joining UCP, William graduated with a degree in Management Information Systems from the Carlson School of Management. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, playing golf, and exploring national parks.

Debbie Bush

Director of Activations

Debbie Bush is Director of Activation for Urgent Care Partners, and is based in Orlando, FL. Debbie brings 35 years of urgent care experience opening over 40 urgent care facilities with the largest urgent care company in Florida. Debbie successfully project managed the expansion of clinic services, across multiple states, coordinating all aspects of operations. Debbie specializes in clinical process flow, policies and procedures, laboratory and radiology services, and EHR implementations. She also shares expertise with performance improvement/clinical best practice, design of quality control procedures, regulatory compliance and staff development through training and education programs. Debbie is well versed in occupational medicine and DOT compliance regarding exams, drug screening, breath alcohol testing, and MRO services.

Robert Colvin, FACHE


Bob Colvin is an Associate at Urgent Care Partners. He has over 25 years of experience leading hospitals and health systems, ranging from a 500+ bed academic medical center to for-profit facilities, suburban facilities and small rural hospitals. His experience includes operating a large multi-specialty physician group, regional ambulance services, home health agencies and community primary care clinics. He has also served as a Group Vice President for Quorum Health Resources (QHC).

Bob has chaired both the Georgia and the Idaho Hospital Associations, has served on the American Hospital Associations Metropolitan Governing Council and is a Fellow in the American College of Health Executives. He has received the prestigious NOVA award from the AHA for his work in healthcare with the homeless. In addition, organizations under his leadership have been recognized by Fortune Magazine as among the 100 Best Companies to work for in America and by Consumers Digest as among the 50 safest hospitals in America.

Jennifer Craig-Muller

Senior Operations Analyst

Jennifer Craig-Muller is a Senior Operations Analyst with Urgent Care Partners, and is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. At Urgent Care Partners, she supports the consulting team by facilitating the design and implementation of urgent care centers. Jennifer also contributes to the strategy development around a communites urgent care needs.

Prior to joining Urgent Care Partners, Jennifer focused on clinical research and obtained a strong background in large-scale data analysis. As a junior scientist, she coordinated phase II HIV clinical trials at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. She is an avid soccer fan and enjoys cooking for her husband and hiking with their two dogs.

LaRae Eggleston, FACHE


LaRae Eggleston is President of Urgent Care Partners and has twenty years of experience in the healthcare industry. The focus of her career has been in ambulatory development, physician contracting and recruiting and hospital administration. Ms. Eggleston started her career developing and managing outpatient imaging centers for Envision Radiology. She spent eight years as a Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for Centura Health, where she developed multiple joint ventures with physician groups, and acquired multiple MD practices to include surgery, imaging and GI centers. Ms. Eggleston oversaw multiple employed physician practices, and successfully recruited or integrated over 900 physicians while at Centura Health.

Ms. Eggleston led the development of a Centura system-wide Urgent Care and On-Demand care strategy for the front range of Colorado. Additionally, she successfully developed a clinically-integrated network of over 900 providers in three counties in Southern Colorado, oversaw a Medicare Shared Savings ACO and Medicaid Regional Care organization. Both plans produced shared saving distributions and lowered the overall cost of care at the end of year one.

Ms. Eggleston received her MBA from Regis University in 2007 and is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare executives.

Ben Hickman

Operations Analyst

Ben Hickman is an Operations Analyst for Urgent Care Partners and is based in Minneapolis, MN. Ben graduated with a bachelors degree in Communication and a minor in Economics from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Prior to joining UCP, Ben worked at Digi International in Minnetonka as a Business Development Executive, and as a campaign field organizer in Chicago.

Weston Johnson


Weston Johnson is a Manager with Urgent Care Partners and is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Mr. Johnson is an experienced analyst and project manager who has provided market, financial and analytical services to a variety of clients. His experience in strategic planning, service line planning, practice rationalization and healthcare infrastructure planning allows him to bring a broad base of experience and abilities to his project teams.

Prior to joining Urgent Care Partners, Mr. Johnson spent thirteen years at Conventions, Sports and Leisure International, where he provided clients in the public, private and education sectors with market, financial and economic feasibility analyses related to public assembly facility development projects. This experience provides him with an ability to gain an in-depth understanding of his clients’ needs and deliver outcomes that meet those needs.

Mr. Johnson is a graduate of the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. An avid sports fan, he also enjoys running and spending time with his family.

Halie Langanki

Operations Analyst

Halie Langanki is an Operations Analyst with Urgent Care Parnters and is based in Minneapolis, MN. Prior to joining UCP, she graduated from Carleton College with a degree in Psychology. Halie conducted research at the University of Minnesota and Carleton College, focusing on Alzheimer’s disease and speech perception. In her free time she enjoys going on outdoor adventures and being with family and friends.

Kate Lovrien

VP Strategy

Kate Lovrien is Director of Strategy at Urgent Care Partners. Her experience in the healthcare industry spans fifteen years, including eleven years as a strategy consultant and four years in biotechnology. Ms. Lovrien’s consulting engagements have concentrated on system and organizational strategy, physician alignment and integration, ambulatory and market positioning, and novel partnerships in healthcare.  She is a frequent author and speaker on developing system strategies focused on growth, effectiveness, relevance and capabilities, physician alignment and ambulatory development.

Prior to joining Urgent Care Partners, Ms. Lovrien spent eight years with Kurt Salmon, where she created their physician alignment practice, infrastructure and thought leadership before moving back into a privately held practice with Health System Advisors.

Ms. Lovrien has an MBA/MHA from University of Washington.


Luke C. Peterson

VP Innovation

Luke C. Peterson is Director of Innovation at Urgent Care Partners located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. His experience in strategy consulting to the healthcare industry spans seventeen years. Mr. Peterson’s consulting engagements have concentrated on system and organizational strategy and new ambulatory delivery models. Having worked throughout the country for national healthcare systems, regional community systems and independent community hospitals, he understands the strategic challenges facing healthcare providers today. His client list includes the largest healthcare systems, leading community and referral hospitals, and progressive academic medical centers throughout the country.

He is a frequent author and speaker and has advised numerous regional health systems on their path to create the capabilities to remain relevant, effective, and growing in the future environment.

Mr. Peterson holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota in strategy and finance and is an avid runner.

Danté Richardson, MD

VP of Patient Care and Integration

Dr. Danté Richardson is VP of Patient Care and Integration at Urgent Care Partners in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Dr. Richardson was a Benjamin Banneker Scholar at the University of Maryland College Park. He earned his Doctorate of Medicine from Spartan Health Sciences University Medical School. Dr. Richardson completed his Family Practice Residency at the University of Florida Shands Jacksonville. He is Board Certified by American Board of Family Medicine and holds certifications in Advanced HAZMAT life support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support and has over 13 years of experience in Corporate, Occupational, Urgent Care, and Family Medicine while practicing in Virginia, Maryland, Florida, and Washington state.

Brandon Robertson

VP Operations

Brandon J. Robertson is Vice President of Operations, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He has over 10 years of experience in healthcare and retail operations, ranging from hospital to non-hospital entities. Brandon’s expertise focuses on ambulatory asset strategy, design, development, implementation, and management. He has opened and operated numerous urgent care centers, occupational medicine clinics, and outpatient physical and occupational therapy clinics for programmatic and operational integration, which would drive increased outpatient market share, clinical quality, and financial success.

He is a Six Sigma Black Belt who has trained multiple teams in the ways of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies in performance excellence, operations management, and quality assurance as it applies to the healthcare industry.

Brandon holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Colorado in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration.
